Exchanges & Returns

You can exchange or return items within 14 days of purchase.

• For in-store purchases, this means 14 days from the date of purchase.

• For online orders, it’s 14 days from the date your parcel was delivered.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when sold, with original tags and packaging.

Refunds

• Refunds will be made in the same mode of payment used — whether card, cash, or bank transfer.

• Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be processed within 2 working days.

Returning Online Orders

• You’re welcome to bring your online order to our shop for a quick exchange or refund.

• If you’d prefer to post it back, that’s totally fine — please note that return postage costs are covered by the customer.

Additional Notes

• For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• We recommend keeping your proof of purchase until your return or exchange is fully processed.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right quickly.
