What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
T-shirts: 10 pieces minimum (mix sizes, colors, styles allowed).
Hoodies: 5 pieces minimum (mixing allowed).

What are your printing minimums?
Screen printing: 20 pieces per design (setup costs apply).
DTF & Embroidery: 10 pieces per design.

Do you offer design services?
Yes — send your artwork or inspiration and our design team will prepare print-ready files, or we can create artwork for you from scratch.

Do you accept custom production?
Yes. For fully custom fabric/style production the minimum is 500 pieces. Contact us to discuss fabric, fit and lead times.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver all across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.

Delivery timeline — how long will my order take?
Ready stock: typically 3–5 working days.
Printed or customised orders: typically 7–14 working days, depending on quantity and design complexity.
Custom production timelines vary — we’ll confirm when you order.

What is your returns & exchange policy?
Exchanges & returns are allowed within 14 days of purchase. • In-store purchases: 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Online orders: 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in the same condition (unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging). For online returns, you’re welcome to bring the item to our shop or post it back (return postage paid by the customer). Refunds are processed to the original payment method and are completed within 2 working days after we receive and check the return.

How do I place an order or get a quote?
Contact us via the Contact page, WhatsApp or email with your requirements (product, sizes, quantities, artwork). We’ll send a quote and lead time. For faster service, include preferred delivery city and any reference artwork.

Absolutely! You can visit us anytime during our opening hours.
