We like to keep things simple — no confusing fine print, just clear terms so you know exactly where you stand. Let’s get straight to the point:
Exchanges & Returns
You can exchange or return items within 14 days of purchase.
- For in-store purchases, this means 14 days from the date of purchase.
- For online orders, it’s 14 days from the date your parcel was delivered.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when sold, with original tags and packaging.
Refunds
- Refunds will be made in the same mode of payment used — whether card, cash, or bank transfer.
- Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be processed within 2 working days.
Returning Online Orders
- You’re welcome to bring your online order to our shop for a quick exchange or refund.
- If you’d prefer to post it back, that’s totally fine — please note that return postage costs are covered by the customer.
Additional Notes
- For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We recommend keeping your proof of purchase until your return or exchange is fully processed.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right quickly.
